During the past ten years, I have had the privilege of providing real estate services to approximately 450 families.  Their continued referrals are the basis of my business and are most appreciated.  I sincerely enjoy helping my clients reach their real estate goals, and I treasure the relationships I have developed over the years. Communication is vital in any relationship. When I work with clients I make it a point to keep them informed every step of the way about our progress in negotiations the current market place and any changes important to their personal Real Estate goals.

Technology brings many advantages to the real estate consumer and to the Realtor.  I continually invest in new hardware and software so that I can more effectively sift through the information available and provide every advantage for my buyers and sellers.

Personal Experience
I know what it takes to provide a successful real estate transaction.  I have purchased and sold several homes and I know what it feels like to be the buyer or seller.  I empathize with their situations.  It is my personal goal to make sure that each one of my clients has the best real estate experience possible.

I am a member of several professional associations, including the State and National Associations of Realtors, the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Nebraska Real Estate Instructional team (teaching continuing education courses for realtors), Women's Council of Realtors, CBSHOME Real Estate Advisory Committee (currently chairperson), and CBSHOME Real Estate's Relocation Team.
